The client was seeking an MSP partner that could deliver an innovative, scalable, comprehensive MSP for all external workers. They needed an outstanding user experience, compliance, visibility, savings, and benchmarking.

The solution: A three-phase MSP rolled out over two years.

TestMSP and the client designed a multi-phased global implementation over a two-year timeline.

  • Phase 1 included the US, Belgium, and Switzerland.
  • Phase 2 covered  Sweden, UK, and Ireland.
  • Phase 3 incorporated India, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

With a light industrial focus, we developed a preferred vendor model (2 to 4/location) for high-volume light industrial in the US, PR and Mexico.  Conducted multiple market studies, implemented incentive programs, and presented creative options including FSP, Test33, and Test Discover.

Strategic benchmarking of rates and performance against similar industry clients using Test Helix UX drove cost savings.
