The challenge: Independent contractors difficult to fit in program.

Initially the contingent labor program management office was self-run. After a merger, it was determined that an external MSP partner was necessary to find additional value.   • Executive stakeholder engagement, combined with a mandate, supported adoption with close to 100% participation.
  • Converted from day rates to hourly across entire supply base and changed expense management to set standard and controls.
